The unconscious loyalties we hold to our ancestral field can limit our life, belonging and capacity for repair with one another.

But most of us aren’t taught to notice or decode the behaviour of the ancestral field, so we fail to see our blind spots or follow the resourcing potential of all that’s behind us.

This introduction to Ancestral Fields will offer tools and practices to go home with to be able to practice dialogue with ancestors and your field. We work through felt, embodied, somatic information arising in the field and how to follow it, tools for resourcing self and ancestors and much more!
